Hello, I wanted to introduce myself, so you can get to know why I do what I do.
I thought I would tell you a little about me, so you understand a little more about what brought me to where I am today.
I have been working with women and men in the fitness industry for 20 years, teaching group fitness or in the gym, I have always loved training people and helping them achieve their goals.
However, I really felt I had found where I was needed the most when I fell pregnant with my first child. I noticed a severe lack of information available for women with specific or
So, Sarah and I decided to team up and use our already combined 40 years of fitness experience – alongside some new training in Hypopressives – to work on developing an exercise regime to help these women who really seemed to be left out in the cold. Whilst doing this we noticed a positive change in the results of our own training and rehab, which confirmed our decision that this is where we wanted to be, helping women combat sometimes embarrassing issues and regaining their confidence.

Fast forward a few years and this is exactly what we have been doing with our clients ever since. And wow, what a fantastic and rewarding journey it has been. We use our programmes ourselves and I recently used the Fitter Floor and Core Programme to re-strengthen my Core and pelvic floor after having abdominal surgery.
I absolutely LOVE my job and LOVE helping women regain confidence back in their bodies.
Our goal is to build a tribe of stronger, happier and more confident women all over the world. So watch out, we’re coming for you.

Lizzie and my stories are pretty similar, I fell pregnant with my first daughter in my early 30’s, I had been a fitness instructor for about six years at that point and had limited knowledge of how I should exercise during my pregnancy and what I should avoid.

Stacy is our lovely administrator, she looks after all of our day-to-day admin and is often your contact when getting in touch. She oversees the Fit Mummy part of our business and loves helping mums and ladies find the right path for them by advising them through our training programmes to find the right match.
She has trained with us for many years and is a shining example of the benefits of core rehabilitation can have your body.
She has two boys herself and loves being active with them and keeping fit and strong.

"Hi I’m Natalie (on the right!) and I’ve been attending Sarah and Lizzie’s complete core control classes for over a year now. I have two children of 18 and 16 both born via Caesarean section. I suffer from urgency and frequency not because of childbirth but due to the fact I have MS.
Since working with Sarah and Lizzie I have stopped taking medication to help my bladder issues and I am slowly gaining some strength back in my pelvic floor. I’ve even run two half marathon without any accidents!
There are many reasons why we women having issues with our bladders! But it doesn’t matter why you attend but what does matter is that you are made to feel welcome and classes are fun (yes, ‘fun’. Who would have thought pelvic strengthening exercises could be fun!). The classes remind you of all the things you are initially taught and get you back on track with your exercises!
As women, we put so much time and effort into everyone else, but this is about me - my confidence, my body and my future! And after a class you will have the best night's sleep in ages!
"My name is Diane and I am 58 years old. I had my first assessment with Sarah in May this year. My main complaint was a back problem and I was trying all sorts of different things to improve the situation- osteopath, changing mattress, stretching, pilates classes but the improvement was minimal. I also struggle with some bladder control (not all related to pelvic floor)
Since May and using the hypopressive breathing technique I cannot believe the difference and as a result quality of life. (even my osteopath is very impressed) So now I aim to do 20 breaths a day but the additional support with classes and tutorials on the internet this reinforces technique, and on not so good days knowing you can get this access videos and redefine technique is great, and that you are not on your own. My back is so much stronger and I know that my pelvic floor is tightened and engaged reducing the problem, but not totally eliminating, with control of the bladder.
