Friday Strength (Weights) with Lizzie

Friday Pilates with Lizzie

Pilates to strengthen the core and mobilise the body. We may use pilates bands or balls in this class, although you don’t need anything to take part. Qualifies for SAMEDAY discount code.

Core Control Hypopressive Class

Hypopressive Core Training class. You must have completed your initial Hypopressive training to join this class.

Monday Body Conditioning with Balls and with Sarah
