Sunday Core Control Hypopressive Class

Sunday 25th October at 10.00am

Hypopressives and Pilates. You will need to have completed your basic hypopressive training to attend this class.

Monday Body Conditioning.

Monday 26th October 09:30am

Use weights, household items and body weight to tone. Qualifies for SAMEDAY discount code.

Monday Pilates with Balls

Monday 26th October 10:30am

Using pilates balls to tone and work on balance. You do not need a pilates ball to do this class. Qualifies for SAMEDAY discount code.

Monday Evening Core Control Hypopressive Class with Sarah

Monday 26th October at 8.00pm

You must have completed your hypopressive training to join this class.

Tuesday Evening Pilates with Balls

Tuesday 27th October at 08:00pm

Using pilates balls to balance and tone. You do not need a pilates ball to do this class.

Wednesday Combat Conditioning

Wednesday 28th October at 09:30am

Marital arts based moves for a cardio and toning workout. Qualifies for SAMEDAY discount code.

Wednesday Evening Body Conditioning.

Use resistance bands or booty bands to tone your body. You do not need bands to join this class.
