Using exercises that work your core but not in the traditional sense. May use equipment in this class but you do not need anything to join. Suitable for the whole family!!

Tuesday Evening Pilates with Sarah – 1 Hour

Pilates to mobilise and tone. We may use Pilates balls or resistance bands in this class.

Wednesday Combat with Sarah – 45 Mins FAMILY FRIENDLY

Cardio and light weights workout using martial arts based moves. Suitable for all the Family.

Wednesday Morning Pilates with Lizzie – 45 Mins

Wednesday 17th August at 10:30am

Pilates to mobilise and tone. We may use Pilates balls, resistance bands, trigger point work and breath work with a strong focus on stretch in this class.

Wednesday Lunchtime Pilates with Sarah – 45 Mins

Using weights to give you a full body workout. You do not have to have weights to join this class
