  • What is PSD (pubis symphis dysfunction) also known as PGP (pelvic girdle pain) what exercises help.
  • Sciatic nerve stretches – often this gets affected in pregnancy, we will show you what you can do.
  • Birth prep- exercises that will help you in labour and strengthening of the “pushing muscles” lets make each push count.
  • Nutrition for energy and baby, lets get into some good habits
