Thursday Evening TONE Express Class with Lizzie

Light weights or tin cans with high reps to tone the body. 30 minute Express class designed to give you a quick workout and great results.

Thursday Holistic Hybrid with Lizzie

Thursday 20th January at 08:05pm

This class will always give your mind, body and soul a lift. Using Pilates, stretches and hypopressive breathing to give you 45 minutes of just fabulous.

Friday Balls & Bands with Lizzie

Friday 21st January 09:30am

Using Pilates balls and resistance or booty bands for some strength training. You do not need equipment to join this class.
